Withdrawal of your consent regarding data processing

Right to appeal at the competent supervisory authority

In case of infringements under the data protection regulations, the data subject shall have the right to lodge and appeal at the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority in data protection issues is the state data protection officer of Poland in which our company is domiciled. Right to data data portability

You shall have the right to have the personal data, processed by us on the basis of your consent or automatically for the purpose of contract fulfilment submitted to you a third party in a commonly used and machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this shall only occur where technically feasible.

SSL or TLS encryption

This website uses a SSL or TLS encryption for security-related reasons and the protection of the transmission of confidential content such as orders or requests sent by you to us as website operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection as the “http://” in the address bar of your browser will change to “https://” and a padlock will appear.

Objection to advertising emails

The use of contact details published within the scope of the obligation to provide a legal notice to forward advertising and information material not expressly requested is hereby objected to. The operators of the website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in case of the unrequested forwarding of advertising material, for instance in form of spam emails.

 

3. Data collection on our website

Cookies

Contact form

When using the contact form for sending us requests, we will store your data entered in the contact form including the specified contact details for the purposes of processing your request and for the case of follow-up queries. We will not forward this data without your consent.
The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw this content at any time by simply sending us an informal notification by email. This shall however not affect the lawfulness of any data processed before the withdrawal.
We will keep the data entered by you in the contact form until you request us to delete it, withdraw your consent to the storage of the data or when the purpose for which the data is stored ceases to exist (e.g. once your request has been completed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – shall remain unaffected of this.

1. use of plugins

(1) Integration of Vimeo plugins

We use for the integration of videos among other things the supplier Vimeo. Vimeo is operated by Vimeo, LLC with headquarters in 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011.

On our website we use plugins of the provider Vimeo. If you access the web pages of our website with such a plugin, a connection to the Vimeo servers will be established and the plugin will be displayed. This will tell the Vimeo server which of our websites you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of Vimeo, Vimeo will assign this information to your personal user account. This information is also assigned to your user account when using the plugin, e.g. clicking the start button of a video. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your Vimeo user account before using our website and deleting the corresponding cookies from Vimeo.

(2) Integration of YouTube videos

We have included YouTube videos in our online offering, which are stored at http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website.

When you visit the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data specified under § 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. This takes place regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account that you are logged in to, or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in at Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish your profile to be associated with YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as user profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and/or the design of its website to meet your needs. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.

(3) Integration of Screencast Videos

For the integration of videos we use the provider Screencast. Screencast is operated by TechSmith Corporation with headquarters in 2405 Woodlake Drive, Okemos, MI 48864-5910, Michigan, USA.

On our website we use plugins from Screencast. When you access the web pages of our website that contain such a plugin, a connection is established to the Screencast servers and the plugin is displayed. This will tell the Screencast server which of our websites you have visited. If you are logged into Screencast as a member, Screencast will assign this information to your personal user account. When using the plugin, e.g. clicking the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your Screencast user account before using our website and deleting the corresponding Screencast cookies.
